Lots of minor injuries popped up today as well as a few trades, so without further ado:

• Royals reliever Jimmy Gobble is headed to the DL after giving up 10 runs in one inning last night.
• Michael Cuddyer underwent a CT scan today that revealed no tear in his left hand.
• The Braves activated utility man Omar Infante today and optioned Brent Lillibridge to Triple-A Richmond.
• Jeff Suppan was activated from the DL today, forcing the Brewers to send down Mitch Stetter.
• Jay Gibbons signed to a minor league deal with the Milwaukee Brewers.
• Outfielder Chris Duncan is headed to the DL with a neck injury.
• Nationals' outfielder Willy Mo Pena had surgery today on his left shoulder to repair a rotator cuff injury.
